Natalie Fortier manages the front desk at Cabrini High School.
She also owns and operates Parish Girl Bakery, which creates wedding cakes, birthday cakes, and many other pastries for parties and other events. Natalie has been a pastry chef for more than two decades, including more than fifteen years at Dickie Brennan & Company. Most of her business is generated by word of mouth. Customers keep coming back because the cakes and pastries are delicious, and because she does not have the overhead costs of a storefront bakery, Parish Girl Bakery can save you money on delicious cakes and pastries. Search Parish Girl Bakery on Facebook, and "like" the page to learn more about how to order from Parish Girl.

Dr. Sarah has been practicing dentistry for more than five years. She relocated from Baton Rouge back to the New Orleans area a year ago and purchased her own practice.
Dr. Sarah grew up in Metairie; she graduated as valedictorian of her class at Cabrini High School. She earned a bachelor's degree from LSU in nutritional science, before attending dental school at LSU in New Orleans.
We discuss her life's journey and some lessons learned along the way. She explains what it is like to go from a young person who would like to become a dentist to a student who is accepted to dental school and what dental school is like for each of its four years. We also discuss the importance of shadowing professionals in careers that a young person is considering pursuing, the benefits of eating healthy, and many other topics along the way.
If you would like to become a patient of Dr. Sarah (I recommend her.), call her office at 504-738-9900 to schedule an appointment.
